Who is Formula Performance for?

Formula Performance is designed for players ages 13–18 who are working on advanced technique, speed, reaction, and position-specific development.

How long is each session?

Each membership training session is 1 hour.

How often should my player train?

Recommended training frequency varies by age and development goals.

Does my player need an assessment first?

Formula’s current youth membership begins with a Skills Check or Formula Player Index assessment.

Does this program include college recruitment support?

Formula focuses on technical and athletic development; recruitment support is not part of this program.

How does membership work?

Formula offers Walk In for $60 (does not include Data Profile or Priority Booking), Once a Week for $169/month, and Twice a Week for $249/month (monthly options include a $99 setup fee and Priority Booking). Contact Formula to confirm signup details.

How do I schedule sessions?

Formula’s current youth membership uses a parent portal to select and commit to an available training slot.
